Brad Redding Blue Acorn Director of Client Success

Blue Acorn is proud to announce that Brad Redding, an eCommerce Consultant at Blue Acorn, has been promoted the Director of Client Success. This promotion is the result of the outstanding performance he displayed in his current role.

Since he joined the team in November, Brad has consistently delivered above-par results and is admired by his fellow Blue Acorn employees who view him as a natural leader. As a decision maker, no situation to date has exceeded his good judgement. He’s calm under pressure and focuses on creating long-lasting solutions instead of simply fixing problems. His handling of clients with respect and poise is exemplary of the way Blue Acorn does business, and his results-oriented approach is reflective of the high standards to which Blue Acorn holds its employees.

Before Brad was turning heads at Blue Acorn, he was running his own eCommerce startup, while fostering strong client relationships as part of his account management role at one of the nation’s leading newspapers. As the Director of Client Success at Blue Acorn, Brad will directly manage the Client Success Team and be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our services on budget and on time, while adhering to the utmost level of quality.

Brad’s first assignment in his new role will be to recruit and train his successor, and until that happens, he will continue to work with clients on a daily basis to manage their needs. Once Brad has successfully trained his successor, he will transition into an oversight and guidance role for all the members of his team.
