Stio provides outdoor lovers with stylish apparel to takes them on epic outdoor adventures. To create products their customers can rely on, they combine technology and fashion. Every minute detail in every Stio product has been designed with a purpose. Even the tags on the inside of their clothing are designed with function and fashion in mind. Stio’s attention to detail and their purposeful design inspired Blue Acorn to create their site with those same values in mind.
Stio wanted “the in-store experience”– one that made it simple and easy for users to navigate the site and find the right product. To accomplish this, we developed features to make shopping simple and fun, including a color swatch tool that allowed customers to see the product in all available colors with the click of a button. We also made it easy to select the right size with a size picking tool and an image tool that allows for zooming. Meanwhile, callouts communicate the quality of the products to the customer.
AtTask & Agile
With a catalog launch, a totally brand new line of inventory, and dozens of marketing campaigns in place, we had to hit our deadline. AtTask and our agile scrum workflow process kept deliverables on schedule and gave Stio a direct line to everything happening.
To make it easier for the Stio team to easily add new copy and pictures to new and existing pages, we provided easy-to-edit CMS pages.
During the process, we provided a foundation of Magento knowledge that allowed Stio to hit the ground running upon launch.
