Blue Acorn integrated Signature Hardware’s phone tracking functionality. This helps them track orders that began on the site, but were ultimately made over the phone. The tracking gets the data into Google Analytics, which can then be used to influence data-driven decisions.
Optimizing the Mini Cart
Blue Acorn implemented a mini cart test and found that leaving the mini cart open for thirty seconds was optimal for conversion. Then Blue Acorn pushed the feature to production.
