Northern Brewer, the #1 homebrewing supplier in America, had recently launched a new version of its site with another agency, but soon realized the site had too many bugs and errors. What’s more, it didn’t fully support mobile devices. With the holiday season rapidly approaching and mobile traffic growing, Northern Brewer knew that a buggy desktop site and the lack of a mobile site would negatively impact sales and overall revenue.
