For over 40 years, the products of Mori Luggage & Gifts have been taking good care of people’s belongings as they travel. What began as a husband and wife team now has 28 stores and over 250 employees. If you’ve ever walked into one of their stores, you’ve experienced their excellent customer service. Their associates leave customers feeling comfortably informed– and that’s exactly how Mori wanted online customers to feel.

The Solution

Mori took advantage of Blue Acorn’s full design and development services. Blue Acorn kept the focus on the user experience throughout the process, presenting innovative ideas meant to engage customers and encourage users throughout the shopping process. New features, like personalization and a totally custom visual compare tool, gave users more options without interfering with the ultimate goal – getting the user to the checkout. 

Navision ERP

We integrated the Navision ERP software to make adding new products easier. This custom ERP integration also eliminates duplicate work and allows Magento to seamlessly update.

Marketing Strategy

As we put together the design and development, we never stopped thinking about a marketing strategy. We implemented an SEO strategy from the start and now manage their PPC program to see that they are getting their maximum return on ad spend.

Gift Cards

Blue Acorn integrated Magento with their gift card system, allowing Mori customers to use gifts cards, which they bought in-store, online.
